My specialties

Six specialties,
built in order.

These six stack on each other. Foundations first, because everything sits on it. Then memory, so the AI knows your business. Then the AI layer, then the channels it speaks through, then revenue, then growth. Open any one to see what it includes and how I build it.

Self-hosted infrastructure
Your servers, zero lock-in
Secrets and access control
One vault, rotated and audited
Backups and recovery
Restores tested, not assumed
Monitoring and alerting
You hear about it before your customer does
Event-driven pipelines
Always current, never batch-stale
Custom API integrations
Connect anything to anything

How I build it

  1. 1Audit what you already run, and what it actually costs you
  2. 2Stand up the server, the database and the secret store
  3. 3Move one real workload across and prove the restore works
  4. 4Wire monitoring before a single thing goes live
Built on: Docker, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Caddy, Hetzner, Infisical, Restic
Knowledge graph and RAG
Semantic search across everything you own
Document and transcript ingestion
Meetings, email and contracts, all queryable
Per-client isolation
One tenant's data never reaches another's
Decision records
Why a thing was done, kept and searchable
Freshness and re-indexing
Nightly, and again on every change
Retrieval evaluation
Measured, so you know when it is wrong

How I build it

  1. 1Find where your knowledge actually lives today, usually four places
  2. 2Ingest it, chunk it, and index it against your own vocabulary
  3. 3Test retrieval against questions you already know the answer to
  4. 4Put it behind one interface so nothing has to be looked up twice
Built on: PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Pinecone, OpenAI embeddings, Letta, Notion
Multi-agent orchestration
8 agents, 118 tools in parallel
Tool use and function calling
Agents that act, not just answer
Human in the loop gates
Approval on anything irreversible
Evaluation and confidence scoring
Automated QA on every output
Model routing
The cheap model until the question gets hard
Self-hosted inference
For the data that must not leave

How I build it

  1. 1Pick the one decision a person makes forty times a week
  2. 2Give an agent the tools and the memory to make it
  3. 3Put a human gate on everything irreversible, and only those
  4. 4Score it against the human answers before it runs unattended
Built on: Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Ollama, Qwen
WhatsApp and Telegram agents
Answering overnight, booking themselves in
Slack and Teams agents
AI inside the channels you already use
Email workflow engine
Triage, draft, route and follow up
Voice interfaces
Talk to your stack, it talks back
Meeting intelligence
Transcripts turned into action items
Calendar and booking
It books itself, with no back and forth

How I build it

  1. 1Work out where your customers already message you, and go there
  2. 2Wire one channel end to end, inbound through to booked
  3. 3Give it your tone, and a hard rule for when to fetch a human
  4. 4Let it run a week unattended while you read every transcript
Built on: WhatsApp, Slack, Gmail, Twilio, Telegram, LiveKit, Cal.com
Lead sourcing and enrichment
7 to 20 data points per lead
Deliverability as infrastructure
Above 95% inbox placement
Multi-channel sequencing
Email and LinkedIn, coordinated
Scoring against your ICP
Not a generic firmographic filter
CRM automation and routing
24 hours down to 5 minutes
Pipeline reporting
One screen, every touch timestamped

How I build it

  1. 1Define who is actually worth your time, in writing, with numbers
  2. 2Build the list and enrich it until the junk is gone
  3. 3Warm the domains properly, then send small and measure
  4. 4Route replies into the CRM so nothing waits on a human being free
Built on: Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Expandi, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
Content repurposing
One video becomes fifteen pieces
Voice-driven publishing
Speak once, publish everywhere
LinkedIn growth system
500 to 3,000+ in 60 days
Newsletter engine
Segment, write, schedule, deliver
Engagement automation
DMs and comments, around the clock
Competitor intelligence
Market moves tracked live

How I build it

  1. 1Find the one thing you can talk about for an hour without notes
  2. 2Record it once, properly, and let the pipeline cut it up
  3. 3Publish on a schedule you do not have to think about
  4. 4Watch what lands, and feed that back into the next recording
Built on: ElevenLabs, Remotion, Descript, Brevo, ConvertKit, PhantomBuster

Works with the stack you already pay for

Qualification

This is not for everyone.

Read the right column first. If any of it describes you, do not buy this, and I will tell you the same thing on the call.

Build this with me if

  • You are a founder or operator who can make the call without a committee.
  • You already have something that works, and the constraint is execution capacity, not product.
  • You want to understand the system, not just receive it. You will be in the room.
  • You have an appetite to experiment, and you accept that some of it gets thrown away.
  • You want to own the infrastructure outright, keys included.

Do not buy this if

  • × You want an agency to run it forever so you never have to look at it.
  • × You have no offer yet. Automation multiplies what exists, and multiplying zero gives zero.
  • × Every change needs three approvals and a quarterly planning cycle.
  • × You are shopping for the cheapest hourly rate. This is a fixed price for a fixed outcome.
  • × You want AI in a press release more than you want pipeline.

Objections

The questions you are already asking.

Why pay $5,999 when I could hire someone on Upwork for a tenth of that?

Because you are not buying hours, you are buying a decided architecture. The expensive part of this work is not building a workflow, it is knowing which twelve workflows not to build, which tool in your stack to delete, and where the whole thing breaks at volume. A freelancer executes the spec you write. This program produces the spec, then executes it.

What happens after it ends? Am I dependent on you?

The opposite, deliberately. Every credential sits in your vault, every workflow in your account, every repository under your organisation. Most of it is self-hosted, so there is no licence to keep renting. If you never speak to me again the systems keep running. That is why this is priced once rather than monthly.

I am not technical. Is this going to be over my head?

You do not need to write code. You do need to be willing to look at how the system works, because the founders who get the most out of this are the ones who can later say "change the scoring rule" instead of "something is wrong". Every specialty ends with a runbook in plain language.

How much of my time does this take?

Roughly two to four hours a week of your attention, concentrated into working sessions. Less on the twelve month speed, more during a six week sprint. If you cannot find that, take a slower speed rather than starting and stalling.

Do you work with my industry?

Systems shipped so far cover SaaS and tech, legal compliance, executive coaching, food delivery, creative agencies, real estate, education and nonprofits, and e-commerce. The revenue mechanics rhyme across all of them. If yours is genuinely unusual, bring it to the call and I will tell you honestly whether it transfers.

Can I start with one specialty instead of all six?

You can, and at $100 a week that is exactly what the entry line is for. But be aware they compound: the AI layer without memory underneath it tends to become another disconnected tool, which is the problem you arrived with. If you want the whole stack but not the whole invoice yet, take the twelve month line.
